Last Tuesday I had to take my sister to the airport at 4:30 in the morning. She was departing to go to her new startion. She is a seaman in the United States Navy! I am so proud of her and what she has accomplished. Here are some pictures of her in the morning. I know what your thinking, I must be nuts to take pictures that early but none the less I did. She is mighty crazy.
Here are some pictures of some things on her uniform. The first is just her buttons but I thought it was so cool. The colorful stripe is because she got high marks in shooting. My uncle Dewayne would be so proud. This one is just on the sleeve on her jacket. I thought it was cool too.
Her jacket and hat. You know when I was little we used to live with a woman and she was in the Navy. When I saw that for the first time I thought of her right away.
